1. Acceptance
By using cyrionai.com and the Cyrion services you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Cyrion lets you generate images from your prompts using AI models. Features and models may change over time.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; tell us right away if you notice unauthorized activity.
4. Credits and payment
Generations spend credits; current packages and prices are on the Pricing page. Purchase terms are in the Distance Sales Agreement and refund terms in the Refund Policy. Credits for generations that fail for technical reasons are returned to your account.
5. Generated content
You decide how to use the content you generate, and you are responsible for making sure that use complies with the law, third-party rights and our Content Policy. AI may produce similar results for similar prompts.
6. Prohibited use
Generating content banned by the Content Policy, overloading the service with automated tools, trying to bypass security measures or accessing someone else's account is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
AI output may be inaccurate or differ from what you expect and should not be relied on alone for medical, legal or financial decisions. The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Suspension
Breaching these terms may lead to blocked generations, removed content or a suspended account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Disputes and contact
